My Favorite Tree
Just outside my neighborhood, in the middle of a natural pond in the woods, lies my favorite tree. Only deer and rabbit tracks run near it. It's the one thing I'll be most sad to see go away in a few days as the holiday season comes to an end.

Don't you love those. They just "show up" and everyone loves to look at it and wonder who is behind the magic!
We used to have a tree along the highway here that got decorated every year, no lights since it was on the side of the road. I'm sure it meant something to someone, but we all enjoyed seeing it every year. And with a live tree there, it grew each year too! ;)
Oh, that is gorgeous. In the middle of a pond? How completely magical.
